Kelsey Kern’s practice primarily focuses on estate planning and estate administration. Mrs. Kern advises on probate proceedings and trust administration, working with clients to ensure their loved one’s wishes are carried out after they pass. She also works with clients to create personalized estate plans that address each client’s individual situation. In addition to estate-related work, Mrs. Kern also handles real estate matters, including real property issues, and contract formation and enforcement.
Mrs. Kern obtained her B.A. in Political Science-Public Service and American Studies from the University of California, Davis and graduated cum laude. She then graduated with distinction from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law where she was a member of the Roger J. Traynor Honor Society.
Mrs. Kern is admitted to practice before all of the courts of the State of California and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.
