In Memoriam (1953 – 2017)
Ralph Carl Ogden, enjoyed the practice of law for over thirty-seven (37) years. He will forever be remembered for his big smile, his welcoming eyes, his funny puns, his excitement for life, and his tremendous love of God and his family.
Before opening his own firm, Mr. Ogden graduated 1st in his class from McGeorge School of Law. He excelled as a solo practitioner and spent many focused hours serving his clients in real estate, business, and estate planning. He was thorough, wise, incredibly sharp and a pillar of excellence in the legal community; he was a man of integrity. In 2011, Ralph’s son Daniel came to work for him which ultimately transitioned into a successful father-son partnership known as Ogden Law Firm, PC.
Ralph was a passionate attorney who enjoyed assisting his clients in the successful transition of their true family wealth from one generation to the next. Mr. Ogden was recognized and admitted as a Qualified Kingdom Advisor with Kingdom Advisors. See kingdomadvisors.org for more information.
In addition to business succession and family estate planning, Mr. Ogden was an experienced real estate lawyer and developer. He had extensive experience in leasing, financing, owning and operating various types of real estate, including agricultural property, commercial property, self-storage facilities, mobile home parks, and residential property and in the legal aspects associated with such properties.
Besides the law, Ralph loved is family dearly. He was married for 42 years to Joni Ogden and was blessed with four children and ten grandchildren. He loved to go hunting, fishing and to explore God’s creation. In his estate planning practice, Ralph encouraged clients to leave a legacy that matters. Ralph did exactly that for himself. He finished the race strong and his legacy and impact in this community will live on for generations to come.
