Who We Are.

Located in Modesto, Ogden Law Firm has over 35 years of collective experience in all aspects of Real Estate Law, Estate Planning, Business law, Probate Law and Collection Law. The firm was formerly known as Law Offices of Ralph C. Ogden, III, but father and son joined together in 2011 to form the Ogden Law Firm.

Thus, the firm is a family owned and operated firm, which also focuses on family issues, and how to preserve and transfer wealth along with your values, so that the estate you are working to build and preserve is a benefit and blessing to your heirs and transferees, and not a burden.

As a family centered law firm, we are better able to understand your needs and provide the specialized and customized attention you want and deserve. We realize litigation is costly and time-consuming, so we strive to resolve disputes outside of the courtroom. However, at times litigation may be necessary and we will fight for you and your rights.

In either case, Ogden Law Firm is dedicated to provide you with quality advice in a no nonsense fashion. That is why we offer alternative billing methods in certain cases, such as flat-fee rates or contingency fees.
